POSITION TITLE:  Transition Alliance Program Job Coach
 
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Transition Alliance Program (TAP) Job Coach is a position in partnership with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  The Job Coach will work directly with students in school, businesses, and community settings to learn and strengthen student employability skills and build independence in the workplace.  Assist students with completing transition assessments to understand their skills, abilities, and experience in comparison to their career goals.
